We are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee two major HR transformation initiatives for a large international organization. The role focuses on HRIS transition and EU pay transparency compliance, involving coordination across 11 European countries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HR projects, implementing HRIS platforms, and driving policy and compliance efforts within multinational environments.

Start Date: Immediate
Contract: 6+ months, full-time (extension likely)
Lead and coordinate the HRIS transition for employees across 11 countries
Oversee rollout of the EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation plan
Align teams across People & Culture to deliver compliant and timely updates
Coordinate changes in systems, policies, processes, and services
Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure clear stakeholder reporting
Liaise with HR, legal, payroll, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
Proven project management experience in HR domains
Hands-on involvement in HRIS implementation or migration projects
Solid understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its implications
Experience with cross-country HR harmonization (terms & conditions, payroll, policies)
Strong stakeholder communication and change management skills
Experience working in large, international HR environments
Fluent in English; Romanian preferred for collaboration context
Experience managing projects across multiple European countries
Understanding of payroll consolidation and compliance challenges
Familiarity with systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
Prior consulting background or vendor coordination is a plus
